The Indian Institute of Health Management Research (Society) was established in 1984 with Public Health and Management at the Core. The IIHMR established Institutes of Health Management Research in Jaipur, Delhi and Bangalore India to improve the standards of health of the people through improved management research, education and capacity in the health sector; creating and sharing new knowledge in health care management and public health; and networking and collaboration at the national and global levels.
